About the role

The Medical Services Site Liaison Officer supports day-to-day operations of International SOS Medical Services sites, ensuring compliance with company standards, effective site coordination, and high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery. The role acts as the key liaison between site staff, clients, and internal support teams.

Key responsibilities

Operations & Site Support

  • Coordinate and support daily medical services site operations in line with contracts and Group standards.
  • Conduct site visits, submit reports, and support corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with International SOS policies, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
  • Manage reliever pool scheduling, rotations, travel, and logistics.

Staff Support, Training & Payroll

  • Coordinate staff training, certifications, and First Aid Training programs.
  • Support payroll processes, DTR endorsements, and staff scheduling.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with all site staff.

Administration, Procurement & Inventory

  • Coordinate procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Maintain inventory control, supplier records, and PO/invoice documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on supply chain, training, and site activities.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain staff contracts, licenses, credentials, and MS records.
  • Monitor license validity and contract completion prior to deployment.
  • Ensure data accuracy and up-to-date documentation across all MS systems.

General

  • Support quality, safety, and operational excellence of medical facilities.
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide operational updates.
  • Be available for shift work, travel, and on-call requirements.

About you

  • College graduate (Business, Medical, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration, procurement, or medical operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Above-average written and oral English.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally.
