About the role
The Medical Services Site Liaison Officer supports day-to-day operations of International SOS Medical Services sites, ensuring compliance with company standards, effective site coordination, and high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery. The role acts as the key liaison between site staff, clients, and internal support teams.
Key responsibilities
Operations & Site Support
- Coordinate and support daily medical services site operations in line with contracts and Group standards.
- Conduct site visits, submit reports, and support corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with International SOS policies, SOPs, and escalation procedures.
- Manage reliever pool scheduling, rotations, travel, and logistics.
Staff Support, Training & Payroll
- Coordinate staff training, certifications, and First Aid Training programs.
- Support payroll processes, DTR endorsements, and staff scheduling.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with all site staff.
Administration, Procurement & Inventory
- Coordinate procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Maintain inventory control, supplier records, and PO/invoice documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on supply chain, training, and site activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain staff contracts, licenses, credentials, and MS records.
- Monitor license validity and contract completion prior to deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy and up-to-date documentation across all MS systems.
General
- Support quality, safety, and operational excellence of medical facilities.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide operational updates.
- Be available for shift work, travel, and on-call requirements.
About you
- College graduate (Business, Medical, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration, procurement, or medical operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Above-average written and oral English.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally.
