The Rewards & Recognition Manager - SEA provides expert guidance on compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with Group Rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent. This role is the main contact for regional and country C&B queries and supports the rollout of related initiatives.
Key responsibilities include executing rewards and benefits programs, managing MyHR and MyPerformance processes, supporting merit and bonus submissions, and coordinating projects across countries. The manager applies business acumen to analyze needs and trends, translating data into effective C&B strategies in partnership with business leaders and global HR teams.
When needed, the role also supports other business streams in site management and collaborates with a wider team of C&B professionals within the Medical Services Business Line.
Key responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits:
- Evaluate and revise compensation policies and plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with group objectives.
- Build salary benchmarks and support the design of C&B programs.
- Advise on incentive and commission plans with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Promote participation in market surveys and analyze pay structures for equity.
- Prepare business cases for promotions, merit increases, and new hires.
- Oversee bonus accruals, merit budget proposals, and annual salary/bonus reviews.
- Design and manage competitive benefits programs, vendor relationships, and compliance reporting.

Job Banding:
- Support rollout and maintenance of job banding structures and evaluations.
- Run audits to ensure proper allocation of bands and job families.
- Address queries, escalations, and governance related to job profiling and career progression.

HRIS (MyHR):
- Act as regional MyHR administrator and data champion.
- Provide HR administration support, generate and validate reports, and ensure data quality compliance.
- Integrate MyHR with payroll systems as needed.

Project Management:
- Support global HR project initiatives and collaborate with business leaders.
- Develop project plans, define roles, measure success, and coordinate team activities to meet milestones.

Stakeholder Relationships:
- Build strong relationships with business function owners and line managers.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Serve as the main contact for regional C&B queries.

Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance:
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Manage service agreements with external providers and oversee audits.
- Work with legal counsel on legislative and regulatory matters.

Occupational Health & Safety:
- Promote safe work practices, mandatory training, and compliance with safety procedures.
- Report hazards, injuries, and ensure awareness of emergency procedures.
About you

Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of compensation/benefits regulations, trends, and HR policies.
- Expertise in job evaluation, salary structures, and benchmarking.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to automate tasks.

Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in compensation & benefits.
- Regional and multi-location experience, with a track record in salary/benefit structures and project management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social legislation; service industry experience preferred.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields; job evaluation qualification required.

- Fluent English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage.
