About the role

The Program Manager for Medical Services oversees the operational and medical performance of International SOS medical sites across the Philippines. You will ensure that clinics and remote locations deliver high‑quality, compliant, cost‑efficient healthcare services aligned with contractual obligations and company standards. The role leads site operations, mentors medical staff, drives continuous quality improvement, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to support seamless service delivery and strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of medical service sites, ensuring alignment with International SOS standards and client expectations.
  • Lead performance monitoring, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development of medical site staff.
  • Oversee logistics, staffing rotations, and supply chain coordination to maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, participating in reviews, presentations, and business development activities.

About you

  • Experienced in program and operations management, ideally in a medical (clinic) or healthcare setting (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and data management skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions aligned with company policies.
  • A supportive leader who enjoys mentoring teams and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Background in nursing, allied health, business, or management is an advantage.
