Key responsibilities
Role Overview
The Learning & Quality Administrator supports learning, training, and service quality initiatives through end-to-end coordination, administration, and reporting. This role focuses on operational excellence in learning processes and quality support, without accountability for clinical or operational quality decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder collaboration
- Administer onboarding for new hires (learning accounts, system access, LMS setup)
- Manage LMS operations, including user management, content uploads, and reporting
- Support training delivery logistics (materials, virtual/physical rooms, speakers, IT/HR coordination)
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, feedback, and analytics reports
- Coordinate training communications and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities
- Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure content accuracy
- Provide administrative support for quality processes, call calibrations, and reporting
- Arrange travel and logistics related to training when required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative, coordination, and data management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; LMS experience preferred (360Learning an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Able to work effectively across cultures and with global stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project-based role (essential)
- Background in Learning & Development or quality support is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in international or cross-border environments is a plus
