Hospital Concierge (Patient Care Navigator)

Purpose of the job:

The Health Ambassador ensures smooth, high-quality medical support for patients by coordinating care, assisting with hospital processes, and acting as a liaison between patients, medical facilities, and International SOS.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support patient care (appointments, admissions, discharge, and follow-ups)
• Assist with hospital navigation, registrations, and medical translation
• Coordinate cases and updates with Assistance Centers
• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with SOPs
• Handle reports, documentation, and daily briefings
• Be available on-call (24/7)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in customer service, translation, or medical support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Familiar with local medical facilities
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment
