About the role

The Senior Rewards Analyst will manage the compensation, benefits, and reward programs for Subscription Services across international markets (excluding the Americas), with a strong focus on Europe, SEA, India, Korea, and Global Functions. This role drives reward analytics, salary benchmarking, annual merit reviews, job architecture, and pay transparency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Compensation & Benchmarking: Conduct market salary benchmarking, analyze pay equity, and build business cases for promotions, hires, and market adjustments.  
  • Annual Review Cycle: Support the annual merit, bonus review, and quarterly accrual reporting in partnership with Finance.  
  • Benefits Management: Maintain regional benefits databases, analyze usage/costs, and execute market-competitive benefits reviews.
  • Job Architecture & Pay Transparency: Oversee job evaluations, support EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements, and maintain salary structures.  
  • Analytics & Systems: Maintain reward dashboards, perform HRIS administration (MyHR/MyPerformance/SuccessFactors), and ensure data integrity.  
  • Regional Support: Partner with the SEA Regional Reward Lead on country-specific C&B execution and projects.

About you

Qualification: 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Reward, Compensation or Job Evaluation certification desirable.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking skills)

Required Work Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience with annual compensation review processes.
  • Experience conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.Exposure to HRIS systems and global HR processes. 

Required Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Work Arrangement

  • 5 days onsite; office is located in Ortigas
