Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Title: Coordinating Nurse
Set-up: Work Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
Schedule: Shifting schedule: 7:00 am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am (12 hours duty); Maximum of 4 Duty per week
Overall Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for delivering professional, effective medical assistance services for patients and clients internationally to the highest standards of excellence in conjunction with Medical and Operational Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and assess medically related calls from patients/clients globally.
- Provide telephone medical assessments and consultations.
- Organize and supervise medical assistance, including referrals and transportation.
- Prepare detailed medical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Act as a medical liaison and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in medical evacuations/repatriations and act as a medical escort when required.
- Promote International SOS services and maintain occupational health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered nurse/medical practitioner in the Philippines.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation clinical experience.
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Emergency or ICU background preferred; occupational medicine and remote/maritime experience desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical and triage skills.
- Composure under pressure, customer focus, timely decision-making.
- Excellent communication in English and Filipino.
