About the Role
The Administrative Business Partner supports the Assistance platform by managing local administrative requirements, ensuring operational efficiency, business continuity, and smooth provider billing processes.
The Administrative Business Partner supports the Assistance platform by managing local administrative requirements, ensuring operational efficiency, business continuity, and smooth provider billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on network provider billing, payment records, and open Guarantee of Payment (GOP) statuses.
- Review invoices and documents for accuracy and coordinate with Finance/GSS for billing queries.
- Assist with business travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and PO creation.
- Support BCP needs, including booking accommodations and coordinating with employees and providers.
- Help the medical team with sourcing, purchasing, and scheduling of medical equipment/demo needs.
- Update attendance records, monitor schedule adherence, and manage BCP directory and organizational updates.
- Provide general administrative support for meetings, tours, provider visits, and team activities.
Qualifications
- College graduate.
- At least 2 years of administrative assistant or coordinator experience; customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Filipino; additional languages a plus.
