Overall Purpose Of The Job 

Aspire Lifestyles is a global leading provider of Concierge and Loyalty solution services to client segments in banking, payments, insurance, luxury retail, luxury automobile and luxury property.
The Partnership Development Executive is responsible for building and managing a robust partner ecosystem that enhances Aspire Lifestyles' concierge service offerings and drives measurable revenue growth. This role serves as the key connector between external partners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring that partnership value is translated into compelling lifestyle benefits, targeted marketing campaigns, and consistently high-quality client experiences. 
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, self-manage priorities, and drive outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities 

Partnership Development 
•   Proactively identify and acquire new merchants and partners across key lifestyle categories including but not limited to travel, transport, dining, and retail - establishing clear deliverables and terms that drive revenue growth and service utilisation.
•   Evaluate partner performance on an ongoing basis, managing quality control and feedback processes to ensure consistently high standards.
•   Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of all associated terms, conditions, and agreed commitments.
•    Proactively ensuring all partners and offers are accurately recorded in the global knowledge database, and work closely with the Service Delivery team to contribute to training Concierge on how best to utilise and recommend these partnerships.
•    Support partnership administrative and operational processes as part of a collaborative team effort.
•    Work with the Sales & Marketing team to brainstorm and propose campaigns and events based on clients' business objectives to drive service utilisation.
•    Stay attuned to clients' evolving needs and proactively identify growth opportunities related to loyalty, rewards, experiences, and sponsorships, leveraging data and marketing assets to ensure the best possible benefit and offer sets are delivered.
•    Provides regular, unsolicited updates to the team on partnership progress, blockers, and wins, takes personal ownership of deadlines and proactively flags risks or delays before they escalate.

Reporting & Database Management
•    Prepare and manage regional and local monthly performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to relevant stakeholders.
•    Maintain partnership and offer databases, ensuring all records are current, complete, and accessible across teams, with insights that support strategic decision-making.

Job Profile

Required Work Experience 
•    Min. 2-4 years of relevant partnership, sales &/or marketing experience in Loyalty & Rewards, Ad Agency, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Concierge (including digital e-commerce partners)
•    Merchant acquisition, partnership experience and good network of partner relationships across dining, retail, travel and other affluent lifestyle categories (incl. digital dining or travel)
•    Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment

Required Competencies 
•    Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related commercial role, ideally within the lifestyle, hospitality, or travel industry. 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of partner conversations with consistent follow-through.
•    Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners and clients at all levels. 
•    A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
•    Excellent organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a highly dynamic environment. 
•    Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in database management, reporting, and contract administration. 
•    A collaborative team player who works effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, client services, and operations. 
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders. 
•    Proficiency in digital marketing channels and familiarity with social media content formats. 

Required Qualifications 
•    Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / Hospitality (or equivalent)

•    English (high proficiency in spoken & written), Chinese/Mandarin (spoken and written)
