International Operations Specialist

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the Levallois assistance team, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Telephone reception, support and advice for travelers and expatriates in difficulty during international travel,
- Setting up the logistical aspects of evacuations and repatriations, in collaboration with medical and safety experts,
- Documentation of interventions on the various dedicated platforms,
- Monitoring the financial and contractual aspects of assistance cases,
- Collaboration with our worldwide assistance centers to organize assistance and/or logistical arrangements,
- On a voluntary basis, occasional back-up missions to our assistance centers in Nouméa, Milan, Madrid and Mauritius.

Conditions:

• 35-hour permanent contract
• Working hours between 07:30 and 22:30, on rotating shifts
• Remuneration: 2250 Euros gross per month *13.5 months + statutory supplements

About you:

• With a minimum of 2 years' higher education, you are fluent in English and French. Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a third language would be highly appreciated.
• You have initial experience in customer service and are comfortable using IT tools and media.
• You are organized, rigorous and able to adapt to changing situations,
• You have an appetite for teamwork, a sense of empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others,
