About the role

As an HR Executive, you will assist the Human Resources team across various functions, including recruitment, payroll management, personnel administration, onboarding, and participation in HR projects.

Key responsibilities

 

Payroll:

 

  • Manage salary certificates on Net-Entreprise and track “IJSS” statements.

 

  • Follow up on supplementary insurance (Long term SL) cases via the Insurance platform.

 

  • Third-party garnishments (Avis à tiers détenteur): send response letters to public authorities.

 

  • Extract, prepare, and send final settlement (Severance payments) letters.

 

  • MedSupply: manage physical monthly pay slips and enter meal vouchers (TR).

 

  • Draft payroll procedures.

 

  • Review ad hoc payroll elements under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.

 

  • Prepare and consolidate data for the calculation of meal vouchers.

 

  • Communicate by phone with social security bodies (CPAM, France Travail, etc.).

 

  • Respond to employees’ first-level inquiries (acknowledgment of sick leave notices, information requests).

 

HR Administration:

 

  •  Assist in keeping employee records up to date: employer certificates, visa applications for employees in France and foreign employees, etc

 

  •  Track employee leave and absences in MonADP (sick leave, holidays, RTT, maternity/paternity leave).

 

  •  Organize medical examinations with occupational health services: pre-employment, onboarding, periodic, and return-to-work visits

 

  •  Handle employee requests related to HR administration.

 

  •   Participate in specific HR projects such as drafting internal policies, improving HR processes, or managing diversity initiatives.

 

Onboarding:

 

  •  Support the organization and coordination of the onboarding process for interns and apprentices.

 

  • Contribute to welcoming and integrating interns and apprentices.

 

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires by providing them with the necessary information and resources (informational emails, welcome pack).

 

Recruitment:

 

  •  Participate in the recruitment process: assisting with drafting and posting job offers for internships

 

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment interviews with candidates
