The International SOS Consulting business unit and regional practices focus on designing, marketing, and delivering advisory services, programs, and managed services to our clients. The overall delivery framework comprises of: Advisory, programs and Managed services. 

This role will lead the strategic design and operational delivery of realistic crisis simulations within the organization, with a particular focus on tailoring training programs to specific risk profiles. 

Key responsibilities

• Strategic scenario design

Lead the creation and refinement of realistic crisis simulations tailored to organizational risks and geopolitical contexts. Ensure scenarios incorporate AI-driven insights and meet client preparedness objectives.

• Training program development & delivery

Co-develop and deliver modular training programs featuring immersive, AI-enhanced crisis exercises, adapted to client maturity and needs. Oversee session planning and quality assurance.

• Client engagement, content development & cross-functional collaboration 

Engage regularly with clients to tailor crisis scenarios to their specific risk environments. Support content creation using AI-generated multimedia and collaborate closely

with crisis management, security, and commercial teams to ensure integrated, client-focused service delivery. Assist commercial teams in aligning solutions with client needs

and business goals.

• Mastery of internal simulation platform & technology integration

Become a proficient operator of our proprietary digital crisis simulation tool, using it to design and deliver highly realistic and interactive crisis scenarios. Research and 

integrate new technologies and AI applications to continuously enhance simulation immersiveness and relevance.

• AI innovation, compliance & research

Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enrich simulation content and realism, including AI-based image and video generation. Ensure full compliance with legal

frameworks governing AI use, data protection, and intellectual property in all simulation activities.

• Administrative backup & operational support

Serve as the administrative backup and provide daily operational support to the Crisis Management Practice, ensuring continuity of service delivery and effective coordination 

of practice activities.

About you

Required Skills and Knowledge : 

• Geopolitical knowledge & crisis interest : Deep understanding of geopolitics and international relations, enabling the design of relevant crisis scenarios

• Artificial intelligence proficiency : Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies to support scenario development, risk analysis, and content creation.

• Learning agility & adaptability : Demonstrates strong willingness to learn, quickly adapt to evolving situations, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.

• Communication & collaboration : Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in at least one additional European language preferred. 

• Content development & commercial support : Capable of supporting the development of training and simulation content intended for client delivery and sales.

• Technical & analytical proficiency : Proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital learning tools. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Crisis Management, Security Studies, or related fields.

Desirable work experience : 

• AI content (non negotiable) & client engagement experience : Academic proof or professional experience related to the use of AI in image and video generation. 

• Exposure to corporate or institutional environments : Familiarity with corporate or international organisational structures, gained through academic projects or internships.

• Academic or project-based risk experience : Experience conducting research, simulations, or scenario planning related to risk, security, or crisis events during academic

     studies or internships.
