About the role
- Account management of an assigned portfolio of Commercial and BGA (Business and General Aviation) Aviation Accounts.
- Drive client engagement levels with assigned accounts and ensure clients needs are met / exceeded.
- Business development of business portfolio within designated group of assigned Aviation clients, in line with our “client and market first” global strategy.
- Interact with MedAire’s Product Development team ensuring client feedback is accurately captured.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, retain and develop a designated portfolio of aviation clients within the MedAire.
- Designated client portfolio will include French speaking accounts and territories, including but not limited to Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
- Expand products and services within the designated client portfolio in line with financial and non-financial objectives set.
- Interaction with MedAire’s Product Development team to ensure client feedback, market trends and requirements are appropriately documented and tracked.
- Support the senior management in the development of Business Plans and periodic account reviews.
- Collaborate with International SOS / MedAire colleagues around the worldd to identify sales opportunities and/or support client development and retention.
- Lead the implementation of new services for existing clients, or the outright implementation of new clients, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service in MedAire clients.
- Maintain up to date and accurate data on the company's CRM system (Salesforce) for the designated client base and any allocated prospective clients.
About you
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Knowledge of the business and commercial aviation market sectors.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Past experience in a Account Management role dealing with high net worth individuals.
- Past experience in Product Management desirable.
- Fluency in English and French language. Written and Oral

- Experience of working internationally and within the European Region
- Evidence of extensive networking and strategic sales skills with well-developed influencing and negotiating abilities.
