The Role

Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) - International Mobility & Case Management

Work Set-up: Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)

Schedule: Weekdays (8am - 5pm)

About the role:

A Philippines-registered nurse with occupational-health capability who can independently coordinate international assignee fitness-for-work cases from intake to closure—reviewing medical documentation, following up gaps, communicating confidently with assignees/providers and business stakeholders, maintaining accurate digital records, and escalating clinical concerns appropriately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage MyFit medical cases end-to-end: independent review of online PMAQ, guided health/safety risk assessments on MyFit Transfer case managements, analytical/risk-based review of pre-deployment, pre-assignment, periodic, surveillance planning through follow-up, rapid deployment, independent review and medical advisory for dependent relocation and assist with return-to-work case managements.
  • Check medical forms, laboratory/diagnostic results, fitness certificates, vaccination records and specialist reports for completeness, accuracy and validity.
  • Follow up missing or unclear requirements with assignees and medical providers and keep cases progressing within expected timelines.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready electronic case records and work confidently with systems such as MyC/ORCA and case trackers.
  • Coordinate professionally with the MyFit Medical Team, Operations, Recruitment, providers, Assistance Centers and other stakeholders.
  • Recognize medical or occupational-health red flags and escalate appropriately rather than independently making complex fitness determinations.
  • Protect medical confidentiality and handle sensitive health information through approved secure channels.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine PRC license.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong case-management, documentation, follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with digital systems and detailed medical records.
  • Confident in handling English conversation and professional communication with patients/assignees, doctors, clinics and corporate stakeholders both verbal and in writing.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and medical-data handling.
