Role Overview
As a Remote Travel Concierge, you will curate and manage luxury travel experiences, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. You’ll provide white-glove service throughout the customer journey, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

Schedule Requirements
•    Must be available for full-time work.
•    Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required.

 

Here’s what you bring to the team

  • A customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking and internet navigation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment (inbound/outbound via phone and email).
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle escalated situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and visa requirements.
  • Previous experience in luxury, adventure, or family travel (personal or professional).

 

Work-from-Home Requirements
•    Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
•    MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.
•    High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.
•    No satellite internet connections.

 

Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred).
•    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
•    At least 1 year of call center experience.
•    Background check required.
•    Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.
