The passion to always put the Card Member’s experience and a genuine enthusiasm for travel at the forefront of everything you do while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

The ability to think outside of the box and go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction.

Strong internet skills - Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Experience working in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).


Work-from-Home Requirements:


Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.

MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.

High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.

No satellite internet connections.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent is required.

2 years of customer service experience required.

1 year of Call Center experience required.

Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening.

Must be fluent in French and English
