What You’ll Do

Manage and fulfill a wide range of sophisticated customer requests—such as dining, sports, entertainment, travel, and event bookings—

using Aspire Lifestyles’ systems and resources.


Deliver polished, professional, and efficient service to affluent clientele through multiple communication channels.


Provide accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and proactive communication on every request.


Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, compliance, attendance, and service promise times.


Leverage Aspire’s partner network and internal tools to provide creative, timely solutions.


Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development to continually enhance your skills.


Adhere to all Aspire Lifestyles policies and procedures.


Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Strong familiarity with dining, shopping, hotels, and excursions across key domestic destinations.


High proficiency with computers, including multi-program navigation, internet tools, and Microsoft Office (Windows 10).


Ability to interpret and clearly communicate terms, conditions, and detailed information to customers.


Exceptional multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

Work-From-Home Requirements

High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi

or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.

No satellite internet connections.

Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer for most of the shift.

Ability to wear a headset for the majority of the workday.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.


Minimum 2 years of inbound, interactive customer service experience required.


Call center experience in a high-volume environment strongly preferred.


Background in hospitality or travel (hotels, resorts, airlines, cruises, car rentals, concierge, etc.) is a plus.


Experience serving high-net-worth or VIP clients highly desirable.


Must be eligible to work in the country where applying.


Must pass a background check including criminal, credit, drug screen, and employment verification


Language Skills

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) required.


Spanish, Quebecois French, or Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage.
