Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Security Consulting Manager (SCM), Indian Subcontinent will drive security revenue growth and the effective coordination and delivery of security consulting and managed services in the region within scope. The SCM will oversee the provision of support to International SOS Consulting Middle East distribution channels to drive profitable growth across relevant business lines in security consulting solutions and customer satisfaction. They will help to translate the Security Services’ strategic vision into clear priorities and actions, driving the day-to-day delivery of Security Consulting in the region across the International SOS Security Consulting focus areas (Crisis Management, Risk Assessment and Management, Security Consulting, and Information).

Experience Required
- 10+ years in security consulting, site security risk assessments, physical asset protection, crisis management, resilience planning, or related domains.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering site-specific security solutions for clients in critical infrastructure, energy, corporate facilities, or high-risk industries.
- International consulting experience, with the ability to adapt recommendations to varying cultural and regulatory environments.
- Experience managing third-party consultants and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- Exposure to security operations planning, command center design, or technical security system reviews is a plus.
- Business development and proposal support experience preferred.
- Previous roles in military, law enforcement, intelligence, NGOs, or emergency services considered advantageous.
Extensive international travel or expatriate experience preferred
