About the role
The Programme Manager, Health & Security Solutions is responsible for leading the delivery of Intl.SOS' Worksafe Programs as well as supporting Indian Subcontinent’s Consulting & Solutions (C&S), in any of the regions where clients are located in the case of the former, and will be based in India. This involves leading the customer interface, Project Management, liaising with and coordinating with Intl.SOS key clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all standards and metrics of our delivery are upheld in compliance to our contracts, and fulfilling C&S scoping and deliveries.
Key responsibilities
Client Management
Develop an understanding of the clients' contractual agreements and work with the Regional Medical & Sales and Marketing Leadership team to ensure that relationships with International SOS clients are, at all times, positive and consistent in line with the contractual obligations.
In conjunction with the Account Manager, coordinate regular performance and business review meetings with Clients and participate in weekly and monthly internal or external meetings, conference calls and webinars.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with clients QHSE, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Risk Management departments
Act as main POC during the on-boarding /implementation of the WorkSafe program, develop a project plan together with the respective Project Manager and ensure full execution across the various stakeholders
In conjunction with the Medical, Operational and Sales departments, ensure regular visits as required by Int.SOS clients, evaluate their needs and ensure the coordination of quarterly analytical reports.
Together with the Medical, Operational and Sales teams, interact with the other International SOS Regions and Corporate functions to strengthen and leverage from Inti.SOS Global Footprint in the delivery of services to clients.
Participate in appropriate social, professional and networking events which assist with strengthening our brand and service awareness to other international SOS clients in the arena of Occupational Health.
Manage the collection, collation and processing of data for statistical reporting.
Complete Security C&S scoping, tasks, and quality reviews, as well as own the Managed Services and other programmes.
Extended Responsibilities
Management and Administration:
Lead the project coordination and review of all operational delivery in an effort to ensure we are meeting contract obligation, ensure consistency in the delivery of services, accuracy of our data analytics in compliance to Inti.SOS Occupational Health Standards.
Coordinate and communicate operational requirements, propose modifications and ensure the implementation of the services committed by the WorkSafe Medical and Operations team to drive efficiencies and success in the delivery of Intl. SOS services.
In conjunction with the Network Service Manager & Business Process Lead of WorkSafe, drive strong relationships with third party providers who would be supporting the delivery of some
To assist the medical team to review and refine the delivery of Global Occupational health Solutions to Clients.
Consolidate monthly reporting, coordination with the medical and operations team to generate and overarching executive summary with recommendations
Proactively raise issues regarding operation and delivery to the Regional Medical Director
Coordinate the contract through leveraging Third Party Providers and contractors.
Ensure that the delivery of services is in line with each specific client's standards.
Facilitate effective positive teamwork and clear channels of communication both internally and externally.
Manage recommendations for continuing the improvement of our occupational health products and solutions
SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Manage and administer the Inti.SOS WorkSafe online portal including the coordination of the setup with our preferred technology partners and coordinate the maintenance of the portal through the various point of contacts according to clients' requirements.
Assist the Operations Team and Account Management team with procedure changes and ensure it is Ensure updated and approved delivery documents are available in the case management systems
Support the Delivery team by ensuring the clients are maintained in the case management system.
Maintain client databases in the case management system for compliance and recall purposes.
Support clients with online queries throughout the duration of the program. Support the Business Process Lead WorkSafe, Product team and the WorkSafe Systems manager with digital innovation projects.
