About the role

The Data Analyst – Financial Force, CKC, will work in close collaboration with consultants globally, and will be responsible for analysing various aspects of data. The position will create dashboards and reports to correctly depict the findings and provide valuable insights that will help improve processes.

In addition, this role will also be responsible for managing the Sales Force/Financial Force entries for International SOS Consulting. The profile is somewhat similar to Project Management where the candidate will be responsible for creating and managing projects in Sale Force/Financial Force.

This is an individual contributor role for a self-driven and motivated person with a high level of ownership and accountability. The selected candidate will have to develop customized research strategies across various topics and help interpret the outcomes in the best possible manner. The position will require the selected candidate to display and use his/her critical thinking capabilities and resourcefulness to get the tasks completed.

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Sales Force Admin responsibilities for the team
  • Maintaining Resource Allocation Trackers and aiding in project management and resource optimization.
  • To expertly conduct data cleansing and data validation for presentations, dashboards, and reporting purposes using (and not limited to) pivot tables, v-lookup, data validation, conditional formatting, and graph manipulation.
  • Creating and managing projects in Sales Force/Financial Force
  • Analysing (independently) client requirements and devising customized research solutions
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and scorecards
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submissions
  • Analyse the various processes and suggest ways to improve them
  • Preparing management summaries and analytical insights (e.g., project performance, utilization, and revenue forecasts) for leadership reviews.
  • Performing data visualization tasks to identify performance gaps and improvement areas within consulting operations.

  • Undertaking project work or reasonable duties as requested by the direct manager
  • Maintaining personal ongoing credentialing of all related skills, qualifications and knowledge needed to complete the defined role and comply with relevant authorities

Requirement

Required Languages

  • English

 

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any Data Science, Business Analytics, (preferred in engineering, economics)
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Force
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Ideally, some experience in Public Health/Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge of SOQL/SQL would be a good addition

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Should possess expertise in Stakeholder Management
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA)

  • Extremely structured & organized, able to multi-task and handle different research topics at once
  • Possess initiative and degree of autonomy to conduct research that are deemed relevant and interesting for consultants to use

Required Work Experience/Knowledge

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and relevant work experience in the areas of medical/general research
  • Possesses knowledge and has worked on Sales Force in any capacity
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong problem-solving orientation and lateral thinking ability
  • Experience of working at Think Tanks/Consulting Firms (preferred)
