About the Role

 

Medical, Security, Aviation and Logistic providers (the “network”) are a core group asset and an essential part of International SOS's value proposition, supporting products and services across all business lines. 

The Network Services function based in Frankfurt coordinates and oversees the development, management and maintenance of the network in the territory ensuring the highest level of quality, partnership and cost containment is achieved for Intl. SOS's clients across all business lines and programs to support business development. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Lead the strategic development and optimisation of the healthcare provider network across the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with client, regional and group priorities
-Collaborate closely with medical, security, aviation and operational teams to deliver a robust, compliant and high‑quality network
-Own and deliver the Network Development Plan, including regional trip planning, network analysis and continuous refinement
-Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with key providers, driving commercial outcomes and service quality
-Negotiate provider rates, discounts and agreements, ensuring value, quality and compliance with group standards
-Oversee provider credentialing, performance, quality management and issue resolution
-Ensure accurate and compliant provider data, billing practices and payment processes, working closely with finance and assistance centres
-Support complex operational case management through effective network design and capability
-Partner with sales, consulting and commercial teams to support tenders, new business opportunities and bespoke client solutions
-Provide leadership and oversight of regional network resources, driving performance across Central and Eastern Europe

About you:

 

-Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook including basic data management and data analytics skills. 

-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  

-Good administrative customer service management skills with strong business acumen and ability to negotiate with providers.  

-Effectively sets and achieves goals, monitors own progress and assesses quality, develops and follows action plans. 

-Ability to work under pressure in complex environments, cross cultural sensitivity. 

-Excellent understanding of medical network and German healthcare system, including billing and accounting practices. 

-Team management skills and ability to manage remote team. 

-Demonstrable experience of B2B dynamics and ability to develop commercial opportunities and outcomes with key strategic providers.  

-Typically 5 years working experience in Medical, Healthcare Management or Customer Services industry desirable. 

-University degree in business management, sciences, commerce, or healthcare management, or equivalent professional training and experience

-Qualification or experience in database management, healthcare management, business planning, or operational analytics, is desirable. 

-Excellent written and spoken English, German

-Fluency in either Romanian, Hungarian, Serbian, Macedonian or other Eastern European languages is an advantage
