As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you develop and manage trusted relationships and partnerships with hospitals, physicians and other medica as well as non-medical service providers across Central and Eastern Europe, enabling our clients to access safe, high-quality, good value care whenever and wherever it is needed.
You bring support and strategic direction to our international operational platform, acting as a link between local partners, our operations team and our clients.
You are at the front line of healthcare transformation and digitalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role - in plain terms:
• Sourcing and contracting medical partners in the Central and Eastern European region
• Ensure costs, availability, quality and geographical coverage of partners corresponds to client needs
• Developing innovative solutions for our operational platform, through well-established partnerships in the region
In short: you make medical care reliable, ready and cost competitive — even in unexpected situations.
• Build & manage the medical provider network
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physicians and medical service providers across Central and Eastern Europe
• Ensure comprehensive geographic coverage of services
• Act as a point of contact for our providers in the region
• Source, select and onboard new service providers
• Conduct desktop and onsite visits of service providers
• Ensure compliance with defined medical, operational and contractual standards
• Negotiate pricing, service scope and contractual terms with key service providers in the region
• Manage customer feedback with service providers
• Support cost-control and efficiency initiatives
• Work closely with the global team of medical, operations and commercial experts
• Provide data-driven recommendations, analysis and network insights of the region
• Maintain accurate provider, contract, and performance data in internal systems
• Ensure transparency and reliable reporting for decision-making
About you:
This role will be a great fit if you enjoy combining healthcare expertise with commercial thinking in an international environment. Requirements include:
• A Degree ideally in healthcare management, business administration, public health or a comparable qualification.
• Previous professional experience in healthcare, provider management, insurance, pharma, medtech, assistance or related fields
• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system is a plus.
• Experience of negotiating with external partners.
• Structured, organized and detail-oriented working style.
• Confident communication skills, including in complex or time-sensitive situations.
• Solid IT skills and experience working with data and management systems.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Additional languages such as Romanian, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian or Albanian are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (ocassionally).
