Network Site Assessment Nurse

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support the development, assessment, and management of a global healthcare provider network. This role involves conducting provider site assessments, credentialing activities, quality audits, network development, and maintaining healthcare provider data to ensure compliance with TRICARE and organizational standards. Extensive regional and international travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and credential healthcare providers based on quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct site assessments, audits, and provider visits to evaluate healthcare facilities and services.
  • Maintain and update provider information and credentials in internal databases.
  • Support healthcare network development and provider relationship management.
  • Research healthcare systems, medical practices, and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports, track provider performance, and support client reporting requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, TRICARE contacts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Address provider concerns, escalations, and quality-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered/Graduate Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in healthcare quality assurance, accreditation, audits, healthcare administration, network management, medical insurance, travel assistance, or provider outsourcing.
  • Exposure to international healthcare environments is highly preferred.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively on short notice.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent) is an advantage.
