Network Liaison Manager

Role Purpose

Build, manage, and optimize a provider network to ensure sufficient capacity, quality, and cost-effective service delivery. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external providers, ensuring strong partnerships and seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities

Provider Network Management

  • Identify, onboard, and contract providers, including price negotiation
  • Maintain accurate provider data and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Monitor network capacity, identify gaps, and drive provider recruitment
  • Develop and implement network development plans

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for provider-related issues and escalations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and internal stakeholders
  • Educate providers on processes, contracts, and performance expectations
  • Facilitate resolution of network and service issues

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Ensure provider availability meets program demand
  • Support day-to-day provider operations and service delivery
  • Conduct provider training and onboarding support
  • Deliver reports and provide insights on network performance

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor service levels, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Handle complaints and escalations in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback on operational processes and provider experience

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or provider network management
  • Strong experience in contracting and negotiation is an advantage

Other Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional local language preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
