Network Liaison Manager

Role Purpose
Build, manage, and optimize a provider network to ensure sufficient capacity, quality, and cost-effective service delivery. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external providers, ensuring strong partnerships and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Network Management
- Identify, onboard, and contract providers, including price negotiation
- Maintain accurate provider data and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Monitor network capacity, identify gaps, and drive provider recruitment
- Develop and implement network development plans
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for provider-related issues and escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and internal stakeholders
- Educate providers on processes, contracts, and performance expectations
- Facilitate resolution of network and service issues
Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure provider availability meets program demand
- Support day-to-day provider operations and service delivery
- Conduct provider training and onboarding support
- Deliver reports and provide insights on network performance
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor service levels, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Handle complaints and escalations in a timely manner
- Provide feedback on operational processes and provider experience

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or provider network management
- Strong experience in contracting and negotiation is an advantage
Other Requirements
- Fluent in English (additional local language preferred)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
