As a Near Patient Host Nation Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the flow of critical medical information, guiding beneficiaries through their care journey, and ensuring they receive safe, timely, and high-quality treatment within the host-nation healthcare system. This is a meaningful, people-focused role where your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail directly impact patient outcomes and the overall success of the mission.
Key responsibilities

Coordinate medical referrals and appointments with trusted host-nation providers

Carry out benefits reviews and support authorisation processes

Ensure smooth, accurate flow of medical information and records

Provide empathetic, professional customer service to beneficiaries and medical teams

Support expeditionary medical staff with case updates and problem-solving

Maintain high standards of documentation, confidentiality, and service quality

Collaborate closely with Near Patient teams, regional contact centres, and provider network managers
About you

Strong customer service skills and professional communication

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities

Effective problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in a team

Fluent English plus fluency in the local host-nation language

Experience in healthcare, customer service, translation, or administrative roles is an advantage

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
-
Valid host-nation driving licence; occasional travel may be required
