Overall Purpose of The Job                          

 

The Asst. Manager, Recruitment/TA for Delhi site serves as a strategic partner in talent acquisition, driving effective recruitment strategies and operational excellence. This role is also responsible for attracting top-tier talent through diverse sourcing methods, optimizing recruitment platforms and systems, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. By aligning hiring efforts with business goals and leveraging market insights, the role supports local and regional leadership in building a strong and future-ready workforce.

 

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders, aligning hiring efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with TA & HR Manager, HR Director, APMEA Region and business leaders to assess talent needs and devise effective hiring strategies across diverse markets.
  • Design, develop, and maintain recruitment processes including measurement definitions, reporting, and gap closure actions.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques including job portals, networking sites, referrals, and social media to attract top passive and active talent.
  • Design and implement selection matrices, assessments, and interview processes for bulk and lateral hiring.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate’s experience throughout all recruitment stages.
  • Oversee internal and external recruitment platforms, including MyHire, ensuring timely updates and optimization.
  • Administer and manage referral programs, including coordination of applications and payments with local HR.
  • Provide external marketplace intelligence and industry trends to provide information on recruitment strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external vendors/agencies; manage contracts and performance.
  • Maintain recruiting databases and tools; generate regular and ad-hoc reports to identify gaps and recommend actions.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new joiners; coordinate training as needed.
  • Set and execute social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end bulk and lateral hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on profile development, supply-demand planning, and recruitment forecasting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for designated candidates regarding recruitment-related queries.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with Indian labor laws and data protection norms.
  • Champion the adoption and optimization of MyHire platform across the region.
  • Support the Regional HR Director and participate in APMEA HR improvement projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including bulk and lateral hiring.
  • A combination of in-house corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
  • Must possess software talent, technical recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law/practices across India and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Exercise discretion and interpersonal judgment when handling sensitive and highly confidential information.
