We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse – Corporate Clinic to join our Medical Services team in India. This role is ideal for a nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient and emergency care, maintaining safe and compliant clinic operations, and supporting employee wellbeing within a corporate healthcare environment.

Reports to: Program Manager – Medical Services (administratively) and Nursing Manager / Medical Director – Medical Services (functionally)

About the role

As Nurse – Corporate Clinic, you will provide frontline nursing care within a corporate clinic setting, including routine consultations, first aid, emergency stabilisation, and support for referrals and follow-up care. You will also play a key role in ensuring clinic readiness, maintaining documentation and reporting standards, supporting quality improvement, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and patient-centred service.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver primary outpatient care, nursing consultations, first aid, and basic emergency medical care to stabilise patients as required.
  • Independently assess and manage minor illnesses and injuries, while identifying cases that require physician input or onward referral.
  • Coordinate ambulance transfers, specialist consultations, and patient referrals where needed.
  • Maintain consultation rooms, emergency response areas, medical equipment, medications, and consumables to ensure ongoing operational readiness.
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, calibration requirements, and asset registers to support safe and compliant service delivery.
  • Complete accurate and timely patient records, incident reports, audits, and operational reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support infection prevention and control, hygiene inspections, emergency preparedness activities, and health promotion programmes.
  • Train and mentor new staff on clinic services, standards, and processes, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Participate in medical and administrative meetings and contribute to service improvement discussions.
  • Escalate clinical incidents appropriately and support investigations or reporting as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital, clinic, or primary care setting, with experience in GP or outpatient care preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid registration with the Nursing Council and current BLS certification.
  • Strong written and spoken English and local language communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinical or administrative record-keeping systems.
  • A calm, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach with strong organisational and multitasking capability.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, collaborate across teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
