A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
The Content Manager focuses on organizing, curating and promoting Aspire’s digital and partnership content across for internal and client programs. This includes:
Collecting, updating and managing content used by the Accounts, Digital and Service Delivery teams to service Aspire Lifestyles clients and their customers. Content includes curated editorial, partnerships and client benefits and is maintained within the company’s content repository
Inform the ongoing content direction and strategy by evaluating areas of success and providing recommendations
Leveraging the existing and upcoming content to design dynamic campaigns and develop marketing strategies to drive customer utilization
Developing content, including lifestyle guides and editorial content, on a monthly basis for various markets aimed at driving utilization
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Content Management:
Plan, create and oversee the production of various content and marketing materials, especially various Aspire and partner offerings
Manage and govern content quality for client websites, apps, email campaigns and other channels
Manage campaign marketing and CMS platforms in partnership with the digital product teams
Recruit, brief and manage vendors or contract staff to support content management, including creative team, designers, content production and translation efforts
Work closely with the Partnership Development teams to jointly create and manage content which are aligned with local and global objectives and initiatives
Regularly raise awareness and train on the availability of content to drive adoption by the broader organization, including service delivery
Manage and update content across our digital channels
C. Job Profile
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
5+ years related job experience with content & marketing management. Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C programs or campaigns
Experience working with CMS systems and marketing automation tools
Strong grasp of consumer trends in the travel, lifestyle and luxury sectors
Experience in copywriting and design for lifestyle, editorial content will be a bonus
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
Proficient in English and Arabic
Strong organization and communication skills; able to manage multiple initiatives parallelly
Able to work in a matrix and functional organization
Able to work non-standard hours as needed to communicate with country, regional and global teams
