We develop & design white label loyalty programs for leading brands as their marketing preposition which enables new customer acquisitions, retention and loyalty of their customers.This position is responsible for new business development (B2B) by targeting CXO’s, CMO’s and product managers of leading banks, Hospitality Luxury Auto & Insurance companies along with retention and growth of the current business through relationship & key account management.

Key responsibilities
Support Partnership Development: Assist the Partnership Development Manager (PDM) in daily operations, administrative tasks, and the execution of partnership strategies.
Vendor & Partner Network Expansion: Implement strategies to develop a robust vendor/partner network in India, focusing on enhancing client concierge services and localizing global products.
Custom Offerings Development: Collaborate in creating tailored benefits, rewards, and experiential offerings for client programs by engaging with relevant providers.
Provider Management: Aid in sourcing, negotiating, conducting due diligence, and contracting with local and global vendors to deliver competitive privileges via concierge services.
Client Solution Support: Work with PDM and sales teams to develop client solutions related to partner promotions, marketing strategies, and content development.
Partner Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with contracted partners, ensuring understanding of terms, quality assurance, and timely contract renewals
Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with operations to monitor concierge request volumes, consolidate requests to preferred providers, and provide experiential learning opportunities for the concierge team.
Vendor Evaluation: Regularly assess vendors and offerings to ensure alignment with client needs, maximize commissions, and maintain a competitive edge.
Quality Control & Feedback: Develop and manage partner quality control measures and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with operations.
Marketing & Branding: Manage the creation of program marketing materials, ensuring partner brand guidelines are upheld, and establish specific partner deliverables like events or promotions.
Global Collaboration: Work with global PDM networks and concierge teams to establish partnerships that leverage global presence and align with global strategies.
Event Conceptualization: Develop unique, branded events to enhance client brand awareness and drive utilization of products and services.
Privilege Management: Ensure all contracted partner privileges and benefits are recorded in the xTend database for easy access during concierge request fulfillment.
Training Support: Collaborate with the Concierge Manager and QA & Trainer to develop and deliver training on utilizing selected partners and vendors effectively.
Reporting & Communication: Participate in monthly PD calls, submit monthly PD reports timely, and contribute to semi-annual PD publications.

To be on-call as directed by your line manager and give advice to callers accordingly.
KEY COMPENTENCIES:
Possess solid communication skills, including good rapport-building capabilities Have excellent negotiating and networking skills.
Awareness of the local product benefits/products enhancement scene in the credit cards/luxury brands market.
Ability to understand the client’s marketing objectives and match benefits appropriately.
Ability to present to the clients and potential partners. Be able to work independently and perform well with little supervision.
Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.
Be able to multitask and handle several requests at the same time.
Be detail oriented; collect all required data to ensure that the highest standards are met.
Possess excellent computer skills, including efficiency and resourcefulness in using the internet for information gathering.
