Key responsibilities
A Client Servicing role involves acting as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and fostering strong, long-term relationships. The responsibilities and requirements can vary depending on the industry and specific company, but generally include the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client requirements are understood and met.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address client concerns or challenges, working towards timely and effective solutions.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account status, including performance metrics and feedback.
Sales Support: Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Setting up New Programs
1) Setting up new program along with Operations
2) Preparing SOPs
3) Agreeing on marketing calendars & execution plans with clients
Job Requirement
Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
• 5+ years of proven Client Servicing experience in Product & Services industry handling MNC clientele.
• Experience of working with matrix organization is preferable.
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred
