The Operations Coordinator acts as the key liaison between members and global medical and security teams, ensuring timely coordination of care, accurate information, and seamless support during critical situations.

 

  • Gross salary per year: 28 500 € 
  • Location: Italy
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 - 17:30 (staggared shifts)
  • Full training provided 
  • Full remote position

We are looking for Operations Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our beneficiaries and our global network of medical and security professionals ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support members with healthcare and security queries.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
  • Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

 

  • Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
  • A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English required.
  • Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
  • Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
