The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
- Location: Milan
- Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

We need an experienced nurse like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
- Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
- Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
- Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
About you:
- Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date withy new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required.
