Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive – Graphic Design will be part of the Medical Services Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, Medical Services. The Executive is responsible for the creation of high-quality, compelling visual assets for print, digital, social media, and websites, along with basic corporate videos. The executive will work primarily on marketing, communications, product marketing, and internal communications projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the business line and work with suppliers and agencies as required. The executive will have a hands-on approach and, manage several projects simultaneously. The executive will ensure that all assets are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines

Description:

Visual Design & Content Creation

  • Develop, manage and oversee the design and development of communication material such as presentations, digital brochures, banners, videos, newsletters and updates, website visuals, infographics and images for internal or external distribution.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to format and design product collaterals and assets.

Production & Implementation

  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy and high quality.
  • Collaborate with external printers, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate production and delivery of marketing materials.

Quality Assurance & Optimisation

  • Review all design materials for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Engage with relevant subject matter experts for approval as needed.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and insights and develop into compelling graphics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required Competencies

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro).
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or related field.

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, preferably within a corporate B2B environment.
