Position Summary
As a Lifestyles Concierge at Aspire Lifestyles (Phils.), Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our mission to become a global leader in Concierge and Customer Care services. This position encompasses the delivery of high-quality concierge services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our esteemed clientele across various customer segments. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our services, with responsibilities that include being the primary point of contact for customers, service providers, and colleagues across global concierge centres. In doing so, you will nurture relationships that foster loyalty and satisfaction, contributing to the overarching goals of our organisation In this role, you will guarantee the round-the-clock provision of a comprehensive suite of Concierge and Customer Care services, assuring our clients that their needs are met with utmost precision and professionalism, ultimately enhancing their experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently fulfill high-profile client requests and demo tasks through various communication mediums.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and vendor communication with discretion.
- Ensure positive customer experiences and provide accurate, timely information.
- Deliver services per contractual agreements and handle requests tactfully.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and make outbound calls as needed.
- Adhere to high-quality customer service standards and utilize resources effectively.
- Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely, representing clients' brands courteously.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer assistance skills.
- Use enterprise solutions to assist customers and manage customer data.
- Follow client and company policies when interacting with customers.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirement
Work Experience:
- Preferably with customer service experience in luxury travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, hotel/ guest services.
- Keen interest in worldwide lifestyle (shopping, sports, culture, travel etc).
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a four year course, preferably in hospitality, travel/tourism.
Required Languanges:
- Excellent written and oral English Language
- Must be at least bilingual in order to be able to assist the member in his/her own language which will ensure better communication, better quality in the delivery of service and meet the contractual obligations between the member and Aspire Lifestyles.
- Additional language capability is preferred.
