The Senior Security Advisor is a senior representative of International SOS with key stakeholders in the Spanish market, with a particular focus on the commercial development of security services.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to the vision and commercial strategy for the Spanish market, in cooperation with all stakeholders at the Madrid office (management team, security manager, Sales & Marketing team, assistance centre teams, head of the Spanish-speaking desk).

 

  • Leverage their network to maintain and develop high-level relationships and collaboration with Security Directors of the 50 largest Spanish companies.

 

  • Support the security agendas of all clients and prospects by providing professional advice on employee mobility security issues.

 

  • Represent International SOS with major security organisations and associations.

 

  • By gathering market feedback, support our innovation agenda by contributing ideas and use cases for potential evolutions of our products and services.

 

  • Strengthen International SOS’s visibility in the Thought Leadership space in Spain by participating in conferences and acting as a senior expert in the media as part of our public relations strategy.

 

  • Support the Government agenda in Spain.

 

  • Build strong, long-lasting peer-to-peer relationships with senior security directors in the Spanish market (clients and prospects).

 

  • Explain and promote our Security solutions to senior-level security and non-security experts, in Spanish or English.

 

  • Support business development through the introduction of potential prospects.

 

  • Contribute to account management by participating in client meetings (quarterly reviews, crisis management, complaint management, etc.).
