This position will support sales growth by assisting in identifying prospects, generating leads, and contributing to the development of a sales pipeline, while gaining hands-on experience in business development activities.

The intern will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams and receive exposure to core commercial processes in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

 

Lead Support & Outreach 

 

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and target markets  

 

  • Support outreach activities (email, LinkedIn, calls) under supervision  

 

  • Follow up on leads generated through campaigns and webinars  

 

  • Provide basic information about products/services and respond to inquiries  

 

Sales & Administrative Support 

 

  • Support the Business Development Manager throughout the sales cycle  

 

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations  

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce  

 

  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales activities  

 

Research & Pipeline Support 

 

  • Conduct market and competitor research  

 

  • Assist in building and maintaining a prospect database  

 

  • Support pipeline development activities (no direct ownership) 

About you

 

Required Skills and Knowledge 

 

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles  

 

  • Good communication and organizational skills  

 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively  

 

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail  

 

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  

 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus 

 

Required Qualifications   

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field  

 

Required Languages 

 

  • Spanish (Native Fluency) 

 

  • English (High level)
