About the role
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building a strong sales pipeline
- Lead or support the delivery of crisis management consulting aligned with ISO 22361:2022.
- Manage end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring high standards and successful outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships through expert guidance and proactive engagement.
- Develop and refine crisis management products in line with market needs and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and operational excellence.
- Design and deliver training, exercises, and crisis simulations for clients and internal teams.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to developing internal crisis management capability.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements and industry events.
- Contribute to regional strategy execution and broader consulting initiatives when required.
About you
- Experienced in crisis and incident management within consulting, corporate, or high‑stakes environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate complex organisations.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently across the region and work flexibly to meet client nee
