About the role

This role leads the growth and delivery of Crisis Management services across Europe & Africa, with a strong focus on the Northern Europe (NEU) region. You will drive business development, deliver expert consulting, and enhance our crisis management capabilities and solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead or support the delivery of crisis management consulting aligned with ISO 22361:2022.
  • Manage end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring high standards and successful outcomes.
  • Build trusted client relationships through expert guidance and proactive engagement.
  • Develop and refine crisis management products in line with market needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and operational excellence.
  • Design and deliver training, exercises, and crisis simulations for clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor consultants and contribute to developing internal crisis management capability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements and industry events.
  • Contribute to regional strategy execution and broader consulting initiatives when required.

About you

  • Experienced in crisis and incident management within consulting, corporate, or high‑stakes environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate complex organisations.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
