About the role

We’re looking for an energetic, passionate Product Manager to join our team in Chiswick, West London. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product direction, working across engineering, design, sales, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact features that move the business forward.   You will thrive on solving complex challenges and turning customer problems into elegant product solutions in a culture which values creativity, ownerhsip and continuous learning.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2–5 years of product experience who’s hungry to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact in a global and agile organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver product features from discovery through to launch, ensuring business goals and user needs are met.

• Solve complex, ambiguous problems by analysing data, speaking with users, and exploring multiple potential solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting smooth development lifecycles.

• Translate customer insights into product improvements, making decisions grounded in evidence, not assumptions.

• Define and track success metrics, ensuring released features deliver measurable value.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align on product objectives and improve go-to-market readiness.

• Communicate roadmap priorities and articulate the “why” behind decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

• Continuously improve our product processes, contributing fresh ideas, energy, and initiative.

About you

•    Strong communicator who can influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across teams.
•    Data-informed mindset — you use evidence to prioritise and understand impact.

•    Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
•    Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or platform products.
