About the role
We’re looking for an energetic, passionate Product Manager to join our team in Chiswick, West London. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product direction, working across engineering, design, sales, operations, and leadership to deliver high-impact features that move the business forward. You will thrive on solving complex challenges and turning customer problems into elegant product solutions in a culture which values creativity, ownerhsip and continuous learning.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2–5 years of product experience who’s hungry to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact in a global and agile organisation.
Key responsibilities
• Own and deliver product features from discovery through to launch, ensuring business goals and user needs are met.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems by analysing data, speaking with users, and exploring multiple potential solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting smooth development lifecycles.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements, making decisions grounded in evidence, not assumptions.
• Define and track success metrics, ensuring released features deliver measurable value.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align on product objectives and improve go-to-market readiness.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and articulate the “why” behind decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously improve our product processes, contributing fresh ideas, energy, and initiative.
About you
• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or tech-driven environment.
• Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about building products that customers love.
• Comfortable tackling complex, ambiguous problems and bringing clarity through structure and insight.
• Strong communicator who can influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Data-informed mindset — you use evidence to prioritise and understand impact.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working in an agile delivery environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
• Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or platform products.
