About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - Incident and Crisis Response to join our team in Chiswick, West London.  You will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving the product strategy for the Response capability within our Critical Event Management (CEM) platform.  The role partners with internal teams and customers to deliver innovative, intuitive solutions that empower organisations to respond quickly, decisively, and effectively when critical events occur.

Key responsibilities

•    Define the strategy and roadmap for the Response capability within the CEM suite that aligns with the overall product vision.
•    Gather customer insights and industry trends to inform product development.
•    Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•    Prioritise backlog and manage trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources.
•    Work closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable, user-centric features.
•    Collaborate with other CEM capability product managers  to ensure seamless workflows.
•    Act as subject matter expert on incident, crisis and disaster response, representing the product internally and externally.
•    Define and track product success metrics, iterating based on customer feedback and performance data.
•    Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market activities and customer adoption.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations where applicable

About you

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or mission-critical systems.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with incident management, crisis response, disaster response, business continuity, security operations, or emergency management highly desirable.
  • Track record of delivering product features from concept through to launch and adoption.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
