About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mobile React Native Developer to join our dedicated mobile development team. In this role, you will help build and enhance innovative mobile applications that enable users and managers to access critical services through intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences.

Working closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in delivering scalable, user-friendly applications across iOS and Android platforms. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using React Native and Expo
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate development effort
• Deliver responsive and accessible user experiences across a range of devices and screen sizes
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implement app monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking
• Support localization and multi-language capabilities
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing resources
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives 

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Strong commercial experience with React Native
• Hands-on experience with the Expo framework
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and development best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
