About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and delivery of marketing activities that promote our Maritime business objectives, brand, and values. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored marketing plans for key audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate advertising activities, media buying, and event planning.Support digital marketing initiatives and manage content across web and social channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and approvals.
  • Manage editorial and event calendars and coordinate photography needs.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Eloqua) to generate leads.
  • Provide marketing expertise and support to internal teams and attend trade shows as needed.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a creative or project-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and editing ability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; familiarity with social media tools and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
