About the role

The Junior Marketing Executive, Northern Europe supports the delivery of marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives across the region. This role focuses on content creation, campaign execution, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, presentations, digital content) in line with brand guidelines
  • Assist in the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns, including email and Salesforce-based initiatives
  • Manage and update social media channels and employee advocacy platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content
  • Create and edit content for campaigns, including emails, presentations, case studies, and website materials
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop tailored client communications and engagement initiatives
  • Support the delivery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities with persona-specific messaging
  • Assist with marketing tools and platforms, including data maintenance and reporting (e.g., ZoomInfo or similar systems)
  • Monitor campaign and platform performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementContribute to internal communications, reporting, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the marketing team as required

About you

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute
