Overall Purpose of The Job
- Analyse/understand business challenges; take proactive steps to design new and improve existing processes and resolve issues as part of cross functional teams and/or individually Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
- Assist with development and maintenance of documents which elaborate process flows, best
- practices, and how specific tasks are to be executed.
- Prepare and maintain various records, documents, files, and reports for the sales community.
- With other global Commercial Services team members, manage requests received through the
- shared mailbox, ensuring timely and effective resolution for the sales team.
- Develop and implement generative AI models as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to achieve process efficiencies.

- Serve as advisor to our employees by answering all their pricing related questions and concerns.
- Stay up to date with latest sales trends and best practices for the assigned LOB in the A&M division.
- Ensure real time update of all clients related activities into Salesforce.com.
- Salesforce utilization and compliance: Updates to procedures and SFDC attachments (with Operations & Business Development Managers): Ops and Billing Procedures set-up and maintenance, contracts and Declaration attachments, Authorized persons.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Regional sales teams to monitor progress on pipeline, lead generation, sales performance and KPIs.
- Project management of new sales tools, and new processes implementation to include user testing, roll out plan and embedding for the Sales & Marketing teams worldwide.
- Animate a community of 150+ users on Salesforce. Support the adoption and effective use of Salesforce.
- Maintain and produce reports using Power BI tools to the regions and line of business.
- Design of commercial tools on Power BI in support of regional decision-making process: e.g., price analysis per client, discounting.
- Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Commercial Services, review, analyse, and manage price indexation, exception pricing, including discounts and non-standard product requests from the sales team and their leadership.
- Review sales quotes to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, and proper discount approvals obtained.

Skills and Knowledge
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical literacy for management reviews.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to lead business process implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM system desirable.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools desirable.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or any other computing language desirable.
Required Competencies
- Establishes good relationships to build a wide and effective network of contacts within the organization.
- Rapidly learns new tasks and is eager to learn new technical skills as data analytics technology evolves.
- Autonomous, self-starter, with the ability to drive projects with limited supervision.
Required Work Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a sales support role or business analyst as part of a large and global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or any IT related qualification.
Required Languages
- Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of any other language desired but not mandatory.
Travel / Rotation Requirements
- Regular travel for internal meetings.
