About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO, Subscription Services, based in Chiswick, West London. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, resilient, and experienced EA who thrives at pace and operates with sound judgement and absolute discretion.  As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enabling strategic focus at the highest level of the organisation.

 

 

Key responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Act as the primary liaison for all CEO-related matters
  • Manage a complex, global calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, and reports (including Town Halls)
  • Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
  • Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support key strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables and follow-ups
  • Prepare briefing packs for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues

Meetings & Travel

  • Manage complex international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
  • Organise high-profile meetings, events, and offsites
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements

Confidentiality & Governance

  • Build strong relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
  • Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
  • Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones

About you

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a global organisation
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel; Slack/Visio desirable)
  • Experience working in complex, international environments
  • Exposure to board-level interactions and governance processes
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
