About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO, Subscription Services, based in Chiswick, West London. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, resilient, and experienced EA who thrives at pace and operates with sound judgement and absolute discretion. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enabling strategic focus at the highest level of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Executive Support
- Act as the primary liaison for all CEO-related matters
- Manage a complex, global calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, and reports (including Town Halls)
- Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO
Stakeholder Management
- Develop relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
- Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
- Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones
Strategic & Operational Support
- Support key strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables and follow-ups
- Prepare briefing packs for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
Meetings & Travel
- Manage complex international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Organise high-profile meetings, events, and offsites
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements
Confidentiality & Governance
- Build strong relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
- Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
- Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones
About you
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a global organisation
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel; Slack/Visio desirable)
- Experience working in complex, international environments
- Exposure to board-level interactions and governance processes
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
