About the role

We are seeking a talented Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a relentless focus on creating content experiences that are relevant, engaging, accessible, and actionable. You will work closely with design and content teams to craft the experience of our content globally across various formats.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall content strategy for products.
  • Craft engaging content experiences for various personas and profiles.
  • Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform content design decisions.
  • Create design prototypes showing the structure, flow, and presentation of content.
  • Design reusable patterns for content presentation across multiple display platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the design roadmap.
  • Maintain a focus on user needs across diverse users and scenarios.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in crafting content experiences.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research programs.
  • Portfolio examples demonstrating writing and editing content for clarity and action.
  • Proficiency with Figma for creating prototypes and functional designs.
  • Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Editorial/journalistic experience is highly desired.
  • Experience with medical, security, or related content is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI and GenAI applications is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, design, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
