As our Administrative Coordinator, you will enable the work of senior leaders who drive critical global operations. You will become a trusted partner to high-profile executives, ensuring they can focus on advancing initiatives with governments, public institutions, and key industry stakeholders worldwide.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, logistics, and executive operations, where your work will be noticed, appreciated, and impactful from day one.

You will build a powerful internal network, working closely with executives who influence policy, shape public-private partnerships, and deliver critical services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Be the go-to strategic support for senior leaders. You will coordinate their international meetings, events, and travel across multiple time zones.

Manage complex logistics for VIP delegations and global government engagements, from secure building access to diplomatic visitor arrangements.

Oversee travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries for senior executives representing the organisation on the world stage.

Coordinate induction schedules, team meetings, and high-stakes offsite events that bring together the brightest minds in the company.

Partner with Facilities, Security, HR, and Communications teams to deliver flawless end-to-end experiences for executives and guests.

Ensure all behind-the-scenes details are handled with precision so our leaders can focus on transforming international contracts into real-world results.
About you

Experience in administrative coordination or executive support within a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment.

Outstanding organisational skills and calm under pressure juggling competing priorities with ease.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to confidently collaborate with high-profile senior leaders and stakeholders worldwide.

Tech-savvy and detail-obsessed, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP/Concur experience a plus.

A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and makes things happen.
