We are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Lifestyle Concierge to join our Aspire Lifestyles team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional personalized service that enhances the lifestyles of our valued clients by anticipating their needs and facilitating seamless access to an extensive range of services and experiences.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and assistance tailored to their individual preferences. Your role is essential in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lifestyle requirements and proactively offering tailored solutions.
• Coordinate and manage luxury and everyday lifestyle requests including travel, dining, entertainment, wellness, and exclusive events.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive network of high-quality vendors and service providers to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Handle clients' requests with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of privacy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Aspire Lifestyles to develop innovative lifestyle solutions and enhance the client experience.
• Utilize the Aspire Lifestyles platform and other proprietary tools to track and manage client interactions and preferences effectively.
• Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
• Continuously update knowledge of trends, local and international events, and exclusive offers to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in concierge services, hospitality, luxury retail, or a related customer-focused industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing varied and complex requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and booking platforms preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
