About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for experienced learning and development manager to join our team in St Pierre Mauritius. Passionate about people development and striving in a faced paced environment with a genuin interest in implementing people development plan for large scale teams. Exposure to working enviroment evolving on a 24/7 roaster will be a big plus.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct performance consulting and capability analysis across the platform, applying a curious mindset to drill down to the root cause of capability gaps and recommend solutions
- Analyse and diagnose areas for improvement with teams and recommend solutions acting as a consultant for the operations management team during the implementation of new procedures and processes (highlight any concerns and/or to provide recommendations as appropriate).
- Implement L&D initiatives such as e-learning modules, workshops, coaching and mentorship programs, to support employee growth and career progression.
- Develop and utilise performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of L&D programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and contribute to overall business success.
About you
- Proven experience successfully implementing learning and development strategy in multigenerational teams.
- Knowledge of HRDC refund policies
- Good communicator and able to present comprehensive L&D strategies to management
- Experience working on a Global organisation is advantageous.
