Are you passionate about driving people operations and engagement across Southeast Asia’s dynamic markets? International SOS is seeking a Regional Manager, People Operations & Engagement to lead strategic HR initiatives for our Medical Services business line in SEA.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement people operations and engagement strategies tailored for Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives and local market needs.
  • Lead senior recruitment, onboarding, and talent mobility across SEA countries, building strong pipelines and supporting executive transitions.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with local HR teams.
  • Champion employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and well-being programs, leveraging regional insights and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and International SOS standards, and support occupational health & safety initiatives.

About you

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ HR experience, including 5+ years in a regional/global role for a multinational company.
  • Proven track record in people operations, engagement, and project management across multiple SEA geographies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; fluency in English required, additional SEA languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
