The SME – Productivity & Unified Communication is a hands-on technical role responsible for engineering, supporting, and improving collaboration platforms. This role focuses on building reliable, secure, and user-friendly communication services that enable people to work effectively from anywhere.
At International SOS, your work helps ensure that teams can communicate clearly in critical moments. You will work across global environments to improve how collaboration platforms are delivered, used, and supported.
We’re looking for someone who is practical, curious, and focused on improving how technology supports people at work.
Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do • Build Collaboration Platforms o Design, implement, and support collaboration and messaging solutions (M365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Drive Service Improvement o Identify areas to improve performance, usability, and reliability of collaboration tools.
• Support Operations & Reliability o Monitor platform health and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work Across Teams o Collaborate with identity, endpoint, and security teams to deliver integrated services.
